CITB Test Information
To get a CSCS Card you must complete a CITB Health, Safety and Environment test. The test takes 45 minutes. It is a multiple choice test with 50 questions. You must get 45 out of 50 to pass. The CITB test can be taken at over 150 test centres nationwide.

From the town centre Pass the Goldenstones Leisure Centre on your right. Take the first left onto Penn Hill then second left onto St. Nicholas Close. The Yeovil CITB test centre is located on the right with a gravel car park at the front of the building.
The CSCS card is a way to verify that people working on construction sites have the appropriate knowledge and training. This helps prevent on-the-job mishaps that endanger everyone's health and safety. You obtain a CSCS card by taking the CSCS Health, Safety & Environment Test. There are 150 CITB test centres nationwide including in Yeovil.
What to Expect in the Test
When you arrive for test day, you will be asked to show your ID to the on-site staff. Then, for security purposes, you will have your photo taken.
Once the CITB test starts, you will have 45 minutes to answer 50 multiple-choice questions. Upon completion, you will receive an achievement certificate that shows your score.
If you do not pass the test, you will be allowed to re-register to retake it in three days. You are encouraged to invest in revision material to aid you in preparing for your retake. You can find an overview of these materials here.

What to Take With You
You need a valid ID on the day of the test. If you don’t have a valid ID, you will not be allowed to take the test. Valid IDs include:
