If you still haven’t received your test confirmation within 24 hours of your original booking, please contact us below and we would be happy to send that to you right away. Orders are not processed over weekends and bank holidays so if you make an order on a Friday it may take until Monday afternoon to receive your test confirmation.

If you are unhappy with the date, time or location of your test we can change this free of charge however, you must contact us 4 working days prior to your test.

You can cancel a test that is more than 4 working days away however this will incur a cancellation fee of £20 per candidate test.

If the test is within 4 working days you cannot cancel the test. This is the policy of the test centres and cannot be changed.

Booking a CITB test is quick and simple. Click below to fill out the form in less than 2 minutes and your CITB test date, time and location will be sent to you within 24 hours via email.

You can book all the CITB tests with an English or Welsh voiceover. For the Operatives test, these additional voice-over languages are available by request:
Bulgarian, Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Russian and Spanish.

You can add a voiceover during the booking process or after booking by contacting us at least four working days before your test.

You must provide one form of Primary ID from the list below, showing your full name, a recognisable photograph and signature.
· Passport (UK or International)
· Photocard Driving Licence (UK or European)
· Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) or Biometric Residence Card (BRC)

If you do not have the required form of Primary ID, you may present two forms of Secondary ID. This must include one from List A and one from List B.

· Non-UK/Non-EU Photocard Driving Licence
· Passport without signature
· European National Identity Card
· CitizenCard or other proof of age card showing the PASS hologram
· Young Scot Card showing the PASS hologram
· CSCS card or CSCS Partner card showing the CSCS Logo (Hologram)
· UK Armed Forces ID Card
· UK Armed Forces Veteran ID Card
· UK Home Office Travel Document

List B
· Credit Card
· Debit Card
· UK Paper Driving Licence (issued before 31 March 2000)

All documents presented as identification must be originals (no photocopies or digital copies), be in date (valid / not expired) and be in your name (which must match the name on the test booking).

Your one free retake can be booked within 7 working days of failing your first test. Please contact us requesting your retake and provide at least three suitable dates/times for you to retake your test and we will book this for you free of charge.
