The Level 2 NVQ in Plant Operations – Loading and Securing is designed to assess workplace competence in loading and securing equipment for transportation in construction. Candidates must demonstrate their skills, knowledge, and experience in loading and securing equipment, operating plant and machinery for non-operational tasks, preparing for and directing the movement of vehicles, plant, or machinery, and slinging and hand signalling the movement of suspended loads. This qualification is ideal for construction operatives responsible for these tasks.

  • This can be completed in 4 weeks as long as you are prepared to work with your assessor and gather the correct evidence.
  • Once completed you will receive your NVQ diploma which is approved by CITB.
