CSCS Red Industry Placement Card

About the CSCS Red Industry Placement Card:
  1.   The card shows that you are on an approved training pathway into construction, and it lets you go on site while you complete your qualification.
  2.  To get an Industry Placement Card, you must be registered on a qualifying training programme that requires at least 30 days of work placement, and prove that you are on that course
  3.  You must also have passed the Health, Safety and Environment Test (usually the CITB Operative Test) within the last two years.
  4.  This card is valid for three years and cannot be renewed

It does not automatically turn into a full skilled CSCS card when it expires — you’ll need to apply for the correct long-term card once you complete or progress in your qualification.
