CSCS Red Experienced Worker Card

The Experienced Worker Card is part of the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) — the leading skills and competence verification system in the UK construction industry. It is specifically for individuals who:
  • Have significant construction site experience (usually at least one year within the last three), and
  • Are registered to complete an approved construction-related NVQ or SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifying course.

This card acts as a bridge between informal experience and formal qualifications, allowing you to continue working safely and professionally while completing your training.
