To make an application for the CSCS Partner Scheme JIB Blue Plumber Card. You will need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in one of the accepted disciplines. This could be, for example, an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating completed as a college diploma.
