In order to renew your Skilled Worker CSCS Card, you will need a CITB test from the last 2 years. It must be the appropriate test type for your qualifications.
About the CITB Test for Multi-Trade CSCS Card
Anyone looking to apply for a CSCS card will need to first complete the relevant CITB Health, Safety and Environment test. If you have a specialist qualification, you may need to take a specialist test, however most applicants will only need to take the standard test for Operatives.
The CITB test for Operatives consists of 50 multiple choice questions, and are only conducted at approved centres. The questions are formulated to test applicants’ knowledge of basic health, safety and environmental topics related to construction work and construction sites.
You will need to answer at least 45 questions correctly in order to pass the CITB test. Statistics show that the majority of those that fail the CITB Operatives test did not prepare by revising the material beforehand.
