This course defines behavioural safety and explains the origins of the concept. It covers how it can be implemented in the workplace and some of the potential benefits. It includes analysis of some examples of 'at risk behaviours' and some examples of ways you can measure how well your organisation is doing when it comes to safety. Finally it touches on some of the key laws regarding health and safety in the workplace and how to ensure positive workforce attitudes.

If you need other colleagues to complete the training, once you login you just input their email addresses into the system and it will send them out logins for the courses you allocate to them. Once they complete their courses you will be to see their certification and they will be able to download it too.
In order to be able to work safely on construction sites across the UK, or to generally be within a construction environment, it is a necessary requirement that construction workers complete their Health Safety and Awareness one day level 1 course (HSA). You will only need to complete the Health, Safety & Awareness Course if you are looking to receive a CSCS Green Labourer Card.

Your course licences are valid for one year from purchase so you must complete the course before that time.
