This work-based qualification is centred on your current skills and knowledge, with a focus on senior management roles, including technical expertise, people management, procurement, forecasting, and quality assurance. The NVQ consists of core mandatory units and optional units tailored to your career goals and skills, with the guidance of an assessor who will help you select the most relevant optional units. Progress is tracked through a combination of online evidence submission and telephone discussions.
